Darbytown Power Station in Richmond, Va., uses #2 fuel oil and natural gas as fuel.
Dominion owns and operates Darbytown, and it consists of four 84-megawatt combustion turbines that are operated during times of peak customer demand for electricity – on the coldest days of winter and hottest days of summer.
