Information about Dominion Hope’s rates and tariffs is available on our website.

The following customer classifications are included:

Residential customers are those who receive service at a single dwelling with one service meter.
Small general service customers are small commercial customers and apartment buildings where the apartments are not individually metered.
Large businesses are establishments of a commercial or service nature, including schools and hospitals.
Large commercial and industrial customers are those using natural gas primarily for manufacturing or generation.
Wholesale customers are those who sell natural gas as public utilities.
Emergency shelter providers are nonprofit agencies that provide emergency housing and services for those in need.

Our rates are subject to approval by the West Virginia Public Service Commission.
