In West Virginia, the 911 emergency call system has been working to convert old rural route addresses (such as RR1, Box 888) to actual street addresses (such as 123 Jones Run Rd.).

One benefit of this statewide mapping project is to improve delivery services. This includes your natural gas delivery service.

With your street address, we can better locate your home in the event that you need service, emergency and otherwise.

So please report your new address by calling us at 1-800-688-4673. Also, call us if you change
your telephone number or mailing address for any other reason.
