- Sign up for automatic payments (bank draft) and update your information anytime
- Enroll in Energy Conservation Programs and Dominion Green Power
- Get credit reference letters
- Request a payment extension
- Start, stop, transfer or reconnect service
- Check status of requests for service and make updates
- Report and check the status of power outages or electrical problems
- Download Meter Data Summary Reports (for customers with IDR meters)
