Owners of the Dominion Water Line, Gas Line and Sewer Line warranties are probably aware that our services include basic site restoration. But external service line repairs often require more than just basic restoration. With a Dominion Products and Services Inc.'s Preferred Restoration Program, you will receive up to $1,000 of extra coverage.
- How is Preferred Restoration better than basic clean up?
Basic site cleanup provides general clean up and patch work after a repair. Holes are refilled and grass seed is applied or if a sidewalk or paved driveway is removed it is replaced with gravel. With Preferred Restoration your lawn will be professionally repaired with sod and your driveway or sidewalk will be repaved.
- How much would it cost to have a landscaper restore my property?
The cost would be based upon the amount of sod, asphalt, or concrete needed as well as the number of labor hours it would take for the restoration. The price to restore your property could really add up. Not to mention finding a qualified landscaping crew you can trust or the additional service call fees.
- Why is Dominion offering Preferred Restoration?
Most customers participating in our exterior gas, sewer, or water line programs are perfectly satisfied with the basic restoration included in our programs. Over the years however, we have come to realize that customers with highly manicured lawns and extensive landscaping, often desire a higher level of service. Preferred restoration provides this service to those customers who truly value it.
- How do I know I am getting the best service?
First and foremost, all Dominion Contractors are qualified, insured and have active background and drug testing programs in place. All work is warranted by Dominion for professionalism and correctness and Customer satisfaction is measured on each job.
- How much does Preferred Restoration cost?
- Gas Line Preferred Restoration is $1.25 per month
- Water Line Preferred Restoration is $1.50 per month
- Sewer Line Preferred Restoration is $1.75 per month
- How long am I obligated to stay in the program?
There is no obligation. You may cancel your Preferred Restoration service at any time with absolutely no penalty.
